Best Braai Tips
- Allow your meat to reach room temperature for half an hour or so before braaing
- To prevent kebab/sosatie sticks from burning soak them in water for half an hour before threading meat onto the sticks
- Add salt after you grilled the meat. Salt draws moisture out of the meat leaving it dry and tough.
- Give each steak 5 minutes rest before eating, this allows the core temperature to settle.
